Log in to Email Protection
As part of your setup, an email was sent to the supplied email address with information to get started, including credentials for your Customer Admin account. If you are an MSP customer, this email is sent by your MSP administrator.
After signing in for the first time, you should change your password and enable two-factor authentication for your account. See Update your Security Settings.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go to your login page and select 'Forgot your Password?'.
- On the Password Reset page, enter your email address and select 'Continue'.
- An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email.
