Manage Users and Organizations
- Click 'Agent Panel' > 'Users' to open the users area
User Directory –
This provides the list of users which registered in the helpdesk. Agents can
create a new user in ‘Agent Panel’ > ‘Users’ > ‘User Directory’ > ‘Create
user’
Organizations – Here
you can see the list of organizations your users belong to.To create an organization: Go
to ‘Agent Panel’ > ‘Users’ > ‘Organizations’ > ‘Create
