Adding a Geoblocking Rule

Go to 'Filtering' > 'Geoblocking' and follow the steps below to add a geoblocking rule for a country.

  • If not already enabled, select 'Enable' to enable Geoblocking (default: disabled).

  • Select the 'Rules' tab.

  • Select 'Add' and the Add Geoblocking Rule window displays.

    • Country: Select a country to allow or block. This field auto-populates as you type.

    • Action: Select Allow or Block to allow/block the country you selected.

    • Comment (optional): Enter an optional description of this geoblocking rule.

  • Select 'Add Rule' to save this geoblocking rule, or 'Cancel' to discard.

Once a geoblocking rule has been added, select it from the Rules table to edit it, or select the checkbox beside the country name and 'Delete' to delete a rule.

Note: If disabling geoblocking, all geoblocking rules must be deleted to ensure geoblocking is turned off.
