Login to the Service Desk Module

 

First login to ITarian at https://www.itarian.com/app/msp/login

  • Click 'Applications' > 'Service Desk' in the ITarian interface




  • Two factor authentication - Admins with appropriate privileges can setup two factor-authentication for their users.
  • Click 'Management' > 'Account' > 'Account Security Details' to do this
