Settings
The 'Settings' option lets you choose which types of tickets you want to be notified about.
To access the settings screen, click the action menu at top-right then click 'Settings':
The 'Notifications' screen opens:
You can choose whether you want to receive
notifications about 'New Ticket Assignment',
'New unassigned ticket', 'Reply or
response on ticket', 'Ticket closure', 'Ticket state change' -
'Overdue / Notdue', 'Answered/Unanswered' and 'Ticket update'.
All notifications are selected by default. Enable 'Send only for my tickets' if you only want to receive notifications about your own ticket.
