Internal Note

 

Internal notes allow you to share important or interesting notifications with all staff who open the ticket. This option is available in all ticket categories.


Add Internal Notes

  • Tap a ticket to open the ticket details area
  • Tap the  icon and then tap 'Post Internal Note'




 

Enter details required in the 'Post Internal Notes' screen:

  • Note Title: Enter the title of the note.
  • Note Details: Enter the description of the note.
  • Attachment: Attach your file (for example: company logo) or photo to the internal note from your mobile device.
  • Choose the item from your mobile device.
  • Service Type: Select a service provided during the session from the drop-down.
  • Is Billable: Specify whether the time is billable by selecting the checkbox.



  • Tap 'Post' after you entered the details of internal notes.
  • Tap 'OK' to confirm your post.
