Users and Customers
Tickets can be raised in ITarian Mobile by admins, users and staff members. Users and Staff members can be added to an organization to keep track of billing hours. Please note that customers must be created in advance in ITarian.
Search Options
- Enter the name or partial name of the user/customer and click the 'Search 'button.
- To clear the results and display all users/customers, clear the field and click the 'Search' button or simply click the 'Organization' link.
