Simple Search


To find a ticket using simple search: 

  • Click on any ticket status on the dashboard to reveal the search field. Enter the name of the user who submitted the ticket, subject of the ticket or ticket number then tap the search icon.



  • To remove the filter, clear the field then tap the 'Search' button again or simply tap the 'Tickets' tab.
