Log-in to the Admin Console



You can open the SOCaaP Alerts/Escalations admin interface after logging-in to your ITarian account.


  • Login to your ITarian account
  • Click 'Applications' then 'Alerts/Escalations'





Alerts/Escalations application opens at the home screen.




Note –Alerts/Escalations will open at the service summary screen if there is only one customer for your account.
