App Store

• The app store contains a range of additional security and productivity solutions. These tools expand the core functionality of ITarian and let you build a custom platform tailored to your needs

• The products available in the store differ between MSP and Enterprise accounts. See Appendix for more details.

• 'Integrated' apps are those which you can access from the ITarian console after installation.

Open and use the store

• Click 'Store' on the ITarian menu bar:

The following apps are available:

• Acronis Cloud Backup - Online backup and disaster recovery. Powered by one of the leading names in business continuity, Acronis backs up any data from any source, and restores it with ease to any destination. See 'Add Acronis Backup'.

• Quote Manager - Powerful solution that lets you quickly construct, send and manage customer quotes. See 'Add Quote Manager'.
  

• Comodo cWatch - Cloud based security intelligence and event management product (SIEM). See 'Add cWatch'.
  

• Comodo Secure Web Gateway - Real time web traffic scanning solution that provides web content security to your customers. See 'Add Comodo Secure Web Gateway'

• Comodo Secure Internet Gateway - Platinum - A DNS based web security solution that provides strong, real-time protection against internet threats.

• ‘Comodo Secure Internet Gateway – Gold’ is included as a free module with your ITarian account.

• The Platinum version has more security features than the Gold version. See Upgrade Secure Internet Gateway for a list of features covered by each type, and for help to add a Platinum license to your account.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Sales automation solution. Save time and grow profits by creating workflows to generate, nurture and close customer leads. See 'Add Customer Relationship Management'.
