View Web Activity Reports


  • Click 'Reporting' > 'Web Activity' to open this group.


'Web Activity' is the largest report group, with eight reports covering browsing volume, the domains your users request, the domains that are blocked, and the website categories being visited.

You can open any one of the eight reports and read it for the fixed 'Last 7 Days' period.

The reports in this group

Report Description
Overall Web Browsing Trend Trend chart of total browsing volume across everything you protect.
Roaming Agent Web Browsing Trend Trend chart of browsing volume from your roaming agents.
Overall Security Trend Trend of security events across everything you protect.
Top URL Categories Pie chart of the website categories your users visited most.
Top Target Domains Bar chart of the domains your users requested most.
Top Blocked Domains Bar chart of the domains that were blocked most often.
Top Blocked Domains From Agents Bar chart of the domains blocked most often for your roaming agents.
Top Blocked Domains From Networks The domains blocked most often for traffic coming from your networks.

Open a Web Activity report

  1. Click 'Reporting'.

  2. Click 'Web Activity' in the left sub-navigation to expand the group.

  3. Click the report you want.

Note: bar-chart reports label the Y axis 'Values' and include an 'Other' category on the X axis. On 'Top URL Categories' the 'Other' slice can be clicked to break it down.
