Wake Offline Device

Click 'Devices' > 'Device List' > 'Device Management' > select a Windows device > 'Select Wake'

  • Wake on Lan enable you to start the offline devices from your endpoints remotely, directly from the Endpoint Manager console.

Note: The Wake On Lan option is only available for Windows devices.


Wake offline device

  • Click 'Devices' > 'Device List' > 'Device Management'

    • Select a company or a group to view just their devices

      Or

    • Select 'Show all' to view every device in EM

  • Select your target Windows device(s) using the check-boxes on the left

  • Select 'More' > 'Power Options' > Select 'Wake'


  • It is used when the device is offline and need to make them online.

The 'Wake' dialog explains needed preconditions to achieve this. If you would not meet the requirements the device will not wake to the online state


  •  Minimum one device should be connected with same network of target device and that device should be online too.

Once 'Wake' command sent, offline device will be started and will back to Online.
